Anyone know any exercise programs on cable?

    I know I have seen a fitness channel on some cable providers. I have Direct TV and come across it from time to time. They have exercise programs as well as cooking, interviews and basically anything related to fitness. I can’t remember the name of it offhand, though because I go to the gym instead of exercising at home.
