I recently lost 8 pounds in two weeks, but I can&#8217;t seem to loose any more. I eat healthy, but I just stay the same weight. I can&#8217;t spend money on exercise programs or any food products. So what could I do? I eat five small meals a day already. Also, what is the weight that would be perfect for me? I&#8217;m aiming for 10 pounds in 1 or 2 months. Thanks.<br/><br/></div>
