I am a huge fan of Bob harper and so is my wife, he shows a lot of compassion for the contestants.

I pity those poor fat people and what they’re foced to do. I do, however, love the results! WOW! I’m always afraid they’re going to take a heart attack and die…how much do you wanna bet we’d never see that episode? :)

Do you ever watch “Celebrity Fit Club”? I like that better. You get to see all the overweight celebrities try to lose weight while they stir up drama for themselves. I just don’t know why they’d want to go on national television in front of a gazillion people when most of them can afford personal trainers and chefs like Oprah.

using bad psychological practices to try to fix a physical problem which actually is REALLY a mental problem will leave one confused for years. mental health treatment might be considered supplemental to a medical doctor overseeing an “exercise” program. i think it more starts with being truly honest with oneself about “issues” and dealing with the true problems. working down that road will make the exercise part effortless and, wow, even non-abusive. be good to yourself is the beginning. in short, while not anything is all bad, i’d have to say this leans very strongly in that direction.
