the cheap option is to soak in a bath

you must make sure you do both warm up and cool down exercises as part of your fitness regime

go and see a massage therapist if you have the cash

Well I do archery and I get major arm aches. I use a wheat-bag. You heat it up in the microwave and can buy it from chemists. Keeping your muscles warm will help too so take a nice bath or shower.

I am a few years older and have Arthitis, I have recently joined a gym, only mild excercise, any aches I get is soon remedied by have a lovely warm bath, a hot bedtime drink and listen to a relaxation cd or calming music before going to sleep. it works wonders, in fact I feel great. good luck to you.

First tell yourself that the aches will get better the more you exercise as long as you are doing it properly.
Heating pads and cool packs do good.
    homemade cool pack:
    1 part water
3 parts rubbing alcohol (higher % if you can find it)
Put in ziplock baggie and freeze….it will not be solid, more like gel
plus it is reusable and cheaper.

Epsom Salt Baths do great to.
Or talk to your Dr if you have the money and get a tens unit….you would be amazed how that helps.

Just stretch it out before and after exersizing to keep from getting stiff. Much luck to you!
