I just turned 15 and I do 3 sets of 20 crunches and 20 leg lifts every day, have been doing this for a month or so. I eat 4-5 meals a day no unhealthy stuff just healthy like meat and vegtables/fruits. I exercise almost every day for about 30-60 min. Will this give me a six pack? When will I get one if I continue this program?

I’m 13 and I weigh 135 pounds and am 5 feet tall. I’m overweight and need a diet and exercise program. I play sports and eat all kinds of fruits and veggies. I’m not that fat because alot is muscle but I can’t seem to target the fatty areas of my body.

I am a little active. I don’t play a lot of sports, only tennis. I do 50 sit ups a day, bike half an hour at least once a week, do 100 to 200 jumping jacks a day, and run in place. I recently lost 8 pounds in two weeks, but I can’t seem to loose any more. I eat healthy, but I just stay the same weight. I can’t spend money on exercise programs or any food products. So what could I do? I eat five small meals a day already. Also, what is the weight that would be perfect for me? I’m aiming for 10 pounds in 1 or 2 months. Thanks.
